At Duncan New Zealand, we stand by our people. As our customers, you are no different. When you purchase our products online, we take every precaution to ensure that your transactions are as safe as they can be.
All transactions conducted through Duncan NZ Venison comply with New Zealand law, including the:
- Fair Trading Act
- Sales of Goods Act
- Consumer Guarantees Act
All online payments are billed in New Zealand dollars, securely processed by Windcave (formerly Payment Express). If you wish to query a charge made to your credit card by Duncan New Zealand, or cancel a transaction, please notify us before 12pm on the day you have nominated for dispatch.
Delivery
To ensure our delicious venison reaches you in prime condition, we dispatch product frozen in recyclable cardboard cartons, with reusable ice-pack. We deliver nationwide using Courier Post, FREE DELIVERY to all metro and urban addresses! We can also deliver to rural addresses for an additional charge of $7.50.

Returns Policy
We strive to deliver you our premium New Zealand Venison in exceptional condition. All our products are fresh before freezing, and require refrigeration as soon as possible after delivery. If you are unhappy with the condition of your goods, get in contact to advise us immediately and we will happily arrange a replacement or credit. Regrettably we are unable to issue a credit more than 30 days after delivery.
Privacy Policy
We take privacy and security very seriously at Duncan New Zealand, especially regarding customer information. We may collect personal information about you under the following circumstances:
- When you provide information to us directly by signing up online, or in store, or by entering a competition or promotion.
- Through your use of our website and it's associated services and functions.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order or request a return, the information will be used for that specific reason only, and will not be retained without your consent.
If we ask for personal information for other reasons, we will ask you directly for your consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
