  • To ensure our delicious venison reaches you at it's best, we dispatch all orders frozen. All product is pre-aged and flash frozen in bags for easy portioning (fillets 200g-300g, mince 500g).

Delivery

Free delivery to urban addresses nationwide!

To ensure our delicious venison reaches you at its best, we pack in recyclable containers, with an Icepack (which you can re-use). We can deliver to residential and business addresses nationwide, but we cannot do PO Box deliveries, sorry. Orders are despatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.

Urban deliveries are free and usually arrive within 48 hours from despatch. Rural deliveries are charged at a flat rate of $7.50 and usually arrive within 72 hours from despatch. If you would like your order delivered on a specific day, please specify this in your delivery instructions.

Monday Despatch Order must be placed by 9.00 am
Tuesday Despatch Order must be placed by 9.00 am
Wednesday Despatch Order must be placed by 9.00 am
All orders placed after Wednesday 9.00 am will be despatched the following Monday

Handling

You can refreeze your venison once if thawed on arrival.

Our venison is dispatched frozen but may be partially thawed on arrival. The venison will be totally safe to consume as long as the meat is still cold to touch. You can refrigerate and consume within 7 days, or refreeze immediately for consumption at a later date. Refreezing your venison will not compromise the eating quality; it will still taste tender and delicious! Please read all handling and cooking instructions on this site and in accompanying leaflets before consuming.
